    Le Pr\u00eat Social de Location-Accession(PSLA) est un dispositif d\u2019accession \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2004 par l\u2019\u00c9tat. Il vous permet de devenir propri\u00e9taire d\u2019un logement neuf apr\u00e8s une courte phase locative (en principe de 12 mois) en versant une mensualit\u00e9 proche d\u2019un loyer.<\/p>

    Comme son nom l\u2019indique, la location accession se d\u00e9roule en deux temps :<\/p>

    1\/ D\u2019abord une phase locative<\/strong>, durant laquelle la famille vit dans le logement et paie une redevance compos\u00e9e d\u2019un loyer et d\u2019une part d\u2019\u00e9pargne d\u00e9ductible du prix de vente.<\/p>

    2\/ Ensuite, la phase acquisitive<\/strong> : apr\u00e8s un ou deux ans, elle peut lever l\u2019option d\u2019achat sur le logement. Elle devient alors propri\u00e9taire de son logement et l\u2019\u00e9pargne cumul\u00e9e est d\u00e9duite du prix d\u2019achat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
